Q. Why should I invest?

A. The film project features many key success factors, like Philip Pullman's Butterfly Tattoo and the Golden Compass, that have been proven to positively influence the potential success. Together with the open production method, experienced and dedicated crew with professional equipment and good support The Butterfly Tattoo will be a financially successful movie! (And one you'll enjoy watching!)

Q. How do I invest?

A. Unfortunately it is no longer possible to buy shares.

Q. How much should I invest?

A. You can participate in the project for just €100 (transaction costs excluded). However, if you also feel this is a great investment opportunity, it is wise to invest more. How much? Well that's really up to you.

Q. Will it be profitable?

A. The Producers can never assure this project will be profitable. However, the success factors described in this document are clear and the Producers are very positive and confident this project will turn out to be a creative and financial success.

Remember: if you don't get paid, the producers don't get paid!

Q. The prospectus is in English, the Film will be shot in England, the screenplay is based on a British Book, is this an English offering?

A. It is important to note this is a Dutch offering! The Limited Partnership agreement is drafted in Dutch, the Financing Company in which you can participate is a Dutch Company, this Prospectus is hosted on a Dutch web server and all agreements with investors are governed by Dutch law. We've chosen to set up the financing under Dutch law since it is better suited to the purposes set out in this document.

Q. I am not in the Netherlands, can I invest?

A. Yes! Virtually anyone in the world of legal age in their own country is allowed to invest and reap all benefits as described in this Prospectus and the Limited Partnership Agreement. Member states of the European Union have agreed to freely allow the flow of goods and funds, so everyone in the EU is allowed to invest without worries or restrictive laws. This includes the United Kingdom.

Of course, people outside Europe may also invest. The CV The Butterfly Tattoo is not aware of the law in all countries, but generally there are few limitations to investment opportunities like this. In case of doubt contact the General Partner.

Q. How come the prospectus is not registered?

A. Under Dutch law any public offering of less than €2,5 million is exempt from the mandatory Prospectus check and registration. The process of getting this Prospectus checked would cost many tens of thousands of Euros and significantly damage the odds of the project succeeding. However, Dynamic Entertainment DEH has taken steps to verify the information in this Prospectus. Also, since this is a document with the purpose of explaining the investment opportunity, Dynamic Entertainment DEH is obligated to adhere to anything stated in this Prospectus (except where noted otherwise.) This is a binding document!
