As well as showcasing new acting talent in The Butterfly Tattoo, the film also has some great opportunities to represent the sound of Oxford. Currently, I feel like I’m living on MySpace... I’ve been hunting for bands local to Oxford to find three tracks for the film with an indie and acoustic feel. So far, I’ve been getting some great responses.

Storyboarding ‘The Butterfly Tattoo’

It’s early July and I’ve been storyboarding the film for a little over two weeks now. Storyboarding a feature film is no quick and easy feat… I’ve still got over half of the film to complete! Some directors can spend a long time meticulously drawing every frame of the film where as others don’t storyboard at all!
